Scotland’s CairnGorm ski resort has opened for its winter season following refurbishment to its facilities over the summer.
The new operators, Natural Retreats, have already spent part of its £6.2 million investment fund on a new shopping area and restaurant at the main Day Lodge hub.
During the summer two new ski lifts have been installed as well as upgrades made to existing lifts and improved signage.
