A boost for the natural larder of Scotland

A new fund is available to boost the success of the Year of Food and Drink. Don't miss out on funding for marketing your products and services.

The Food and Drink Growth Fund, worth £100,000 is now open for applications to develop marketing campaigns. The fund is aimed at promoting Scottish food and drink, to help businesses maximise their potential for growth.

Grants on offer will range between £2,500 and £20,000 and cover up to 50% of total marketing costs for your project.

Your application should be able to demonstrate how it will:

  • Raise awareness and promote the use of quality Scottish produce at home and abroad
  • Increase the use of Scottish produce
  • Increase levels of satisfaction with the food and drink offering amongst visitors
  • Increase visitor spend on food and drink.

Requirements

Your application should demonstrate alignment with both the VisitScotland Taste Our Best Quality Assurance Scheme and the Food Charter.

Submissions will be called in February so keep an eye on the website for the closing date.
