watching and hill races on one of our most spectacular islands.
The Etape Caledonia
2014 is an 81-mile circular cycle challenge through awe-inspiring Highlands
and Perthshire scenery. It’s an amazing sight to witness. It starts and
finishes in Pitlochry on 11 May.
The Loch Fyne Food
Fair is a must for foodies. It’s a chance to enjoy the west coast’s finest
food, drink and entertainment, 17-18 May.
For lovers of the arts you could suggest the Perth Festival of the Arts - music,
theatre, books and much, much more between 22 May and 1 June.
Or there’s Aberdeen’s Big Beach Ball music festival on
Sunday 4 May. If your visitors are heading for Inverness, and they’d like to
sample Scotland’s artisan beers while watching some of the best local
musicians, why not suggest the Brew at
the Bog a live music and beer festival on 3 May.
Meanwhile in Dumfries, there’s the Spring Fling, an art and craft open studios
