The programme boasts an established reputation of quickly and effectively developing the skill set necessary to succeed in competitive markets: it expands leadership skills and capabilities; it provides experiential learning with hands-on work experience; and it delivers graduates with a global mindset.
During the Saltire Fellowship journey learners will:
- Spend 13 weeks in a dynamic learning environment at Babson College, Boston (the top-rated US Business School for Entrepreneurship) where Fellows and Faculty work together to address real world business challenges
- Gain hands-on experience by undertaking a commercial project in the US
- Have an opportunity to work on a project at MIT or in Silicon Valley
- Undertake a learning journey to China
- Participate in three residential weeks at RBS Business School in Edinburgh, led by Professor Les Charm.
- Network with top companies in the sector, not only in Scotland, but also in the US and China
